The orthosis is made of textile with 3 components that fix the arm and the forearm, provided with one support strap for the orthosis and one support strap for the thumb. The main component is positioned at the thoracoabdominal level and the other 2 (which fix the arm and the forearm) are positioned with the help of the hook and loop fastening, on the main component. The main component and the one that fixes the arm are adjustable. The regulation is done by cutting at the level of the stitches to avoid fabric breaking. The adjustable shoulder strap can be adjusted by cutting it and repositioning the “crocodile” type hook and loop fastening.
It is provided with:
• one Lock double buckle for adjusting the length of the belt
• shoulder protection sleeve.

The orthosis is a support for the arm and forearm. Due to the 3 components and to the support strap, does not allow the abduction of the arm and external rotation.
It is used to support the arm and forearm, in case of humerus sprain, humerus collar fracture, the humeral tuberosity fracture without movement, shoulder blade fracture, scapulohumeral dislocation.
