The support is made of breathable, rigid textile, provided with:
• 2 plastic splints for support on the lumbar region
• 2 plastic splints for support on the abdominal region (positioned inclined to allow flexion of the thigh on the abdomen)
• 4 long paravertebral plastic splints for support
• 2 elastic straps of 5,5 cm that provide lumbar compression
• 2 straps of 5,5 cm that surround the shoulders and are fixed on the chest. The straps are provided with sleeves for armpit protection.
Hook and loop fastener on the front side.
Width: front 16 cm, back height between 53 – 55,5 cm, depending on size.
For an easy application it is provided with helping strips.
The 2 lateral and the 2 paravertebral plastic rods stabilize the thoracolumbar region, slightly reducing lordosis and kyphosis, and the compression exerted by the elastic bands stimulates local metabolism, reducing muscle tension and pain.
The 2 elastic bands that surround the shoulders and are fixed on the chest, correct by traction the position of the trunk.
It is used in case of intervertebral disc herniation, back pain, postoperative, osteoporosis, for stabilization of the thoracolumbosacral spine.

Elastic fabric: 50% polyester, 33% polyamide, 17% elastane, with a structure that allows high air permeability in both directions.
